When I upgraded to version 3.2, I was no longer able to connect to my FTPS server.

In version 3.2,

we changed the way Robo-FTP selects ports for outgoing connections, which caused problems with some servers. To correct the issue, we recommend upgrading to the current version.

In version 3.3 and later,

we added the /pasvport option to FTPLOGON. Use /pasvport=0 when connecting to a site you used to be able to connect to; this should correct the problem. In not, please contact support.
