The Robo-FTP e-mail commands do not work with Exchange Server.

The GETMAIL command requires a POP server and the SENDMAIL command requires a SMTP server. You need to make sure that you have these types of services available.

Exchange Server uses "connectors" to add client access for POP and SMTP. If these connectors are not installed and configured, then the Robo-FTP e-mail commands will not be able to use that server.

The most obvious way to verify whether or not these services are available is to use a mail client (like Outlook Express) to test POP and SMTP access. Also, you can simply telnet to that server using the appropriate ports (25 for SMTP, 110 for POP) to see if you get a response.
