The Robo-FTP self-extraction process is getting confused by some temporary files left on your PC from a previous software installation.
You can resolve this problem by copying the Robo-FTP download exe file to a different folder on your PC and running it from there. A second method is to run the Windows system tool and delete temporary files and then repeat the Robo-FTP download.
