Where can I find my serial number?
In order to access technical support or activate a software license you will need your serial number.
Robo-FTP and Robo-FTP Server serial numbers have 12 digits (all numbers).
There are several places you can look to find your serial number:
- The Help | About menu
- The top line of the Robo-FTP main console window
- The top line of log and trace files
- The receipt e-mail you received when purchasing online
- The invoice you received when purchasing by phone or purchase order
