What does a "PGP components not installed" error mean?
The PGP encryption/decryption functionality is an installation option. You can verify that the PGP component has been installed if you see the "cryptotw.dll" file in the Robo-FTP home folder. If you are experiencing this error, make sure that you selected this optional component at installation time.
