If we use the PGP feature of Robo-FTP, do we need to set up our customer's FTP server or do we only set up our client side?

If the customer site is equipped to do PGP decryption of file(s) that you upload to them then there isn't any setup required at that location other then to receive and import your PGP public key into their keyring. Importing of a public key is standard operating procedure for PGP partners and should prove to be no problem for them.

If they don't already have and use PGP at the customer site then there will be some work to do. In that case, use of a SSH or SSL secure server may be a better choice.
