A SFTP log on fails if I change the working folder (via the WORKINGDIR command) from the program default. Why?
If you are using key authentication when logging onto a SFTP (FTP + SSH) server, Robo-FTP expects to find its authentication file (your private key) in the current folder by default. To prevent this, either place or copy the authentication file to the new folder or temporarily switch back to the original working folder (usually C:\Program Files\Robo-FTP) before issuing the FTPLOGON command and then switch to the desired folder. If you are using password authentication then this situation does not apply to you.
